Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy a Psst band, necklace or key tag (a "Psst band") from Psst. The seller is Tugce Ventures LLC, which operates Psst. Card payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as TUGCE VENTURES LLC. They sit alongside the Psst Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Who can buy

• You need a Psst account and must be 21 or older. Psst bands are for use at venues that serve alcohol.
• For now we ship only to addresses in the United States.
• Bands are for your own use. We may cancel orders that look like resale or abuse, and refund them in full.

2. What you're buying

• A Psst band carries an NFC chip, a printed code inside and a printed label on the outside, such as PSS 99. Necklaces and key tags carry the same chip and label.
• When we pack your order, each band is linked to your Psst account. Only your account can claim it. It is not transferable.
• A Psst band works at every Psst venue, but it does not guarantee entry. Each venue keeps its own door policy, ID check and house rules, and venue staff still arm your band at the door.
• Premium labels and venue perks are separate and not part of this purchase unless an order says so.

3. Prices, tax and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout, with the shipping price. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Psst never receives or stores your card details.
• Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. If we can't fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

4. Shipping

• We ship within 5 business days of payment by USPS, with tracking. Delivery times then depend on USPS.
• You'll see your order's status and tracking number under My orders.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order. If a package is lost in transit, tell us and we'll replace it.

5. Returns and refunds

• You can return unused bands within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Because bands are linked to your account when packed, we unlink a returned band before refunding.
• If a band arrives damaged or its chip doesn't read, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it free of charge.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is our mistake.

6. Lost bands

• If you lose a band, mark it lost in the app or ask venue staff to. Its code stops working at once, so nobody else can use it. A replacement is a new purchase.

7. Your data

• We use your name and shipping address only to ship your order. The address is encrypted and deleted 90 days after shipping. Order records are kept for accounting. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

• To the extent the law allows, Psst's liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes and contact

• We may update these terms; the version that applied when you ordered governs that order.
