Delete your Psst account
You can delete your Psst account and its data whenever you like. Deleting takes effect at once and can't be undone.
In the app
Open Settings, choose “Delete my account” and confirm.
On the web
Sign in on the web, choose “Delete my account” and confirm.
Sign in to deleteBy email
Write to [email protected] and tell us whether you sign in with Apple or Google. We'll ask you to confirm through your signed-in account before we delete anything.

- Your profile, photos and saved names
- Your matches, connections and messages
- Your wall posts and reactions
- Your venue memberships, stamps, perks and email choices
- Your sign-in and notifications on every device
What we keep
- Band orders and purchases, for accounting, no longer linked to a profile
- Safety reports under a legal hold, with your personal details removed
- If your account was suspended or banned, scrambled markers of your sign-in, email and phone, so the restriction can't be reset
- Anonymous totals that can't identify you
If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to disconnect Psst from your Apple ID.
